Four-Night Osprey Reef & Coral Sea Liveaboard – Spirit of Freedom
Start with a flight to Lizard Island, then join a four-night dive expedition through the northern Ribbon Reefs and Coral Sea, with up to 15 dives.
Reach the northern Great Barrier Reef by scenic flight, then travel further offshore with Spirit of Freedom. This four-night itinerary joins the vessel at Lizard Island before diving the Ribbon Reefs and, conditions permitting, remote Osprey Reef in the Coral Sea.
For experienced divers
The trip offers up to 15 dives, including one night dive, with coral walls and offshore reef environments central to the experience. Actual sites and routes depend on sea and weather conditions; marine life encounters are never guaranteed.
Most diving is unguided in buddy pairs. A guided orientation and site briefings are provided, but guests need the experience and fitness to plan and conduct their dives with a buddy.
Cabin accommodation, meals, transfers and selected equipment are included. Full equipment rental, Nitrox and extra drinks cost more. This itinerary is unsuitable for snorkellers, and Advanced Open Water certification and logged-dive requirements apply.

- This itinerary is unsuitable for snorkellers. Guests need to be able to swim in open water.
- Most diving is unguided and done with a buddy.
- BCD, regulator, dive computer, torch and wetsuit rental costs extra.
- Nitrox and additional drinks cost extra. Advise dietary requirements when booking.
