Green Island Full-Day Tour, 11am Departure – Big Cat
Depart Cairns at 11:00 am for around 4.5 hours on Green Island. Return transfers are included; choose the relevant package for snorkel hire or a glass-bottom boat tour.
Start later and still have a substantial island visit on Big Cat’s 11am departure. This option suits travellers who want more island time than a half-day tour without an early start.
Your island time
Travel aboard Reef Rocket, with an approximate 45-minute crossing each way. The scheduled departure from Cairns is 11:00 am, returning at 5:00 pm, giving you around 4.5 hours on the island.
Once ashore, choose between the beach, a self-guided rainforest boardwalk and snorkelling from the shore. Wildlife sightings vary naturally. The longer stay gives you more flexibility to pause between activities.
Choose your package carefully
The base booking covers return transport. Snorkel equipment and glass-bottom boat tours are included only when the selected package says so. You can bring your own snorkel gear; meals and other activities cost extra. Big Cat does not offer scuba diving on this tour.
