Three-Day Advanced Open Water Course – Pro Dive Cairns
Build on your Open Water qualification during a three-day, two-night reef liveaboard. Complete five instructor-led Adventure Dives with further buddy-dive opportunities.
Develop your diving beyond entry level while staying at the reef with Pro Dive Cairns. This three-day, two-night Advanced Open Water course combines five instructor-led Adventure Dives with the liveaboard’s wider recreational dive programme.
Training in the environment you want to dive
Deep diving and underwater navigation form part of the course, with other topics selected to suit the schedule and conditions. Related reading and knowledge reviews take place aboard, rather than during separate classroom days.
The itinerary allows up to 11 dives in total. Dives outside the five training dives are recreational buddy dives, subject to progress and conditions, so do not expect an instructor to lead every session.
Course materials, standard equipment, onboard meals and twin or double-share accommodation are included. You must already hold Open Water certification or an accepted equivalent. Allow for the operator’s recommended interval after your final dive before flying or heading to altitude.
